1. The eCommerce Model

Building a lucrative business around eCommerce, using our breakthrough dropshipping system including the 'Quantum' and 'Eclipse' training programs. This is a model we introduced three years ago and saw incredible results from our founding students. We have since evolved the model further to make it even more successful.

Getting to a run-rate of $100,000 profit per year isn't difficult, and by being part of the Blueprint Academy program, we'll hold your hand every step of the way.

2. Affiliate Marketing Model

The Holy Grail for so many online marketing folks. The affiliate marketing model continues to be a VERY effective and viable business model (and will be for years to come.)

We work with you one-on-one to launch and grow your own affiliate marketing businesses. You learn how to promote other people’s offers and collect a commission along the way.

It is within the Affiliate Marketing Model that we include Project Thunderbolt, a program we introduced last year that teaches the most basic of all forms of affiliate marketing: Cost Per Action (CPA). CPA marketing is beginner-friendly, as it requires little upfront capital to start and it's easy to implement.

Although very simple, the results can be very impressive. Below you can see the results for one year on our two largest networks. $1.2M in revenue!

Having launched more than 50 products across 4 successful brands, selling in 8 different international marketplaces as well as having our products featured in thousands of brick-and-mortar stores across the USA including RiteAid and CVS, we are very experienced and informed as to what works and what doesn’t in building a business around your own set of physical products.

So that’s a little overview of each of the three ‘pillar’ models we are focused on right now. In addition to these, we also teach 'sideline income' methods, such as YouTube, Kindle, SEM (amongst others)… these are full-time 6-figure income streams for some BPA members, and we DO train on these methods, they’re just not our major focuses.

4. Social Get-Togethers

We're always looking for new connections at our events, and it's not hard to find them! There are plenty of opportunities throughout the night where you can strike up a conversation with someone interesting. You may even end up making some great friendships or professional relationships from these gatherings - who knows?

A lot goes down during any given social gathering: conversations flow freely between individuals as they share their lives stories; laughter rings out across rooms while games transpire evenly amongst all participants. Many of our own business partnerships have been born during these events.

5. One-on-One Consultations

As part of Blueprint Academy, members have strategic meetings as needed, you can even fly to meet with us (Steve/Aidan) in person if you want to. This is where we flesh out the details of your plan, and make sure you've got all the resources you need to hit your milestones (which we will also help you build).

In addition to these meetings, you'll also be expected to meet monthly with our team of Subject Matter Experts to ensure you’re progressing... and of course, we are on call to dive in and help if your plan is ever not hitting its targets.

6. A Team Of Experts

The Blueprint Academy isn’t JUST about getting help from Steve/Aidan. We have an in-house team of experts that continues to evolve, reaching far beyond just us.

Bethany is our Blueprint Academy CEO and one of the ‘Accountability Partner’ to BPA members… you'll meet with her monthly to ensure you're moving forward and hitting your targets. All she does for 8 hours each day is ENSURE members are getting stuff done, moving the ball forward. She also runs all the BPA services, managing our photographer, designers, outsourcing team, China team, etc. Bethany ensures our team is providing the custom solutions you need.

JB and Thorsten are our subject matter experts for our eCommerce business. As a BPA member, in addition to direct consultations with Steve/Aidan, you'll have exclusive access to speak with them. You will be able to work with each one of them one-on-one to create your bespoke PLAN and then meet weekly to ensure progress, adjusting as necessary.

They will also work with you on how to scale your business to the next level, how to hire and manage a team and ensure there are no roadblocks between you and your goals.

Ricardo is our in-house Affiliate Marketing expert. In addition to running his own very successful eCommerce stores and his affiliate marketing businesses, he works one-on-one and holds weekly training calls with BPA members who are working the affiliate model including Project Thunderbolt. Ricardo is a great additional sounding board for people looking to grow any of their online businesses.

Mark has been an integral part of our team for a long time with a wealth of knowledge spanning all of the business models we focus on, along with a very special skillset including YouTube video production and marketing, sales funnels, automation technology and more. Mark dedicates about 50% of his time JUST helping BPA members who are building white label businesses (he knows more about Amazon white label than ANYONE we know).

Larry is our lead acquisition manager, he runs all our advertising campaigns, builds all our funnels, and is a real-deal paid advertising guru. Larry has helped a number of BPA members add funnels to their businesses, and refine their marketing campaigns.

Angel is our social media expert, she’ll help you create a social media plan no matter if you’re selling white-label, e-commerce, or information products. Her goal is to get you set up on social media by working with you on a bespoke strategy based on your product/service and then to implement a plan that attracts your ideal customer.

Andrew is our expert on Facebook Groups and another one of our ‘Accountability Partners’. He grew his personal Facebook group to over 160K members in a little over a year and has a wealth of real-world experience in how to start, grow and manage a group effectively. Facebook groups can be a great way to cost-effectively promote your product or service, build authority, grow your email list, provide post-sales support, and more. You will be able to work with Andrew one-on-one for both accountabilities and building your Facebook Group. Having an accountability partner means you are far more likely to meet your short, medium, and long-term goals.

Brett is our accountability expert, he'll make sure you stay accountable to yourself so you are best placed to achieve your ultimate business goals. He has been a BPA member since 2018 and is an integral part of the Support Desk for all of Steve and Aidan's programs. Brett also runs his own mind mentoring and coaching business specializing in entrepreneurship. He is available for one-to-one sessions and conducts monthly webinars for BPA members.

And then, going beyond our own in-house team of ‘Subject Matter Experts’ we have BPA members who are crushing it. These are BPA members who are excelling at the full spectrum of online business models, such as Claudio, who runs an incredibly successful SEM business. Patrick and Kelly, who have built a multi-million dollar white label business since becoming BPA members. Chris, who runs a successful affiliate marketing business (also built since he became a BPA member), etc. All of these people are available to help you succeed by providing knowledge about their areas of expertise.

7. Free Access To Upcoming Breakthrough Online Training Program

We've touched on this above... every year we release one in-depth training program, where we dive deep into a specific model and peel back the covers to reveal what's been working for us. For the last 3 years, we've focused on our eCommerce model, we continue to expand on that while adding new income streams into the mix.

To the general public, our training programs normally cost $3,500, they’re included free to BPA members (and of course, BPA members always get the red carpet treatment and insider intel, super-secret things we can’t always share with the masses!).

As with the past 9 years, BPA will continue to grow and evolve throughout the year. When we discover important new strategies, BPA members are the first to know. Whenever we can add in new services or resources to save BPA members money, we add them. We don’t know exactly how things will continue to evolve in 2022, but the money-making and money-saving resources WILL continue to grow in ways we can’t even imagine right now.

The BPA membership is capped at the same level it’s always been… we work with approximately 60 people, and that’s it.

What we have always tried to do with this program is to use our experience to help the members build bigger, more reliable, and more profitable businesses by getting PERSONALLY involved with the business of each person.

We do this by first sitting down and building a business plan tailored to meet each person’s needs. We map everything out with a forecast and budget, and then put action items in place to ensure goals are met. We meet personally with the BPA members (one-on-one) to provide accountability and make sure you’re not hitting any roadblocks.

For example, if you said… “Aidan, my FB ads are not performing as they were last week”, we might jump on a voice call and look at what’s happening… you can probably imagine how this kind of support helps to very quickly scale results.

Over the past few years, the results from the members have been INCREDIBLE. Many people who used to work day jobs have quit and now do this full time. Some people have been able to shift countries, hire teams, sort out their retirement income, the list goes on, the possibilities are limitless.
